老外聊节气|二十四节气之谷雨

大家好，我是来自委内瑞拉的杜兰。“谷雨”节气临近，春天的浪漫，也接近尾声。

听！布谷鸟正在枝头唱着“播谷播谷”，田野里秧苗初插，雨水像撒落的珍珠，浸润大地。古人说“清明断雪，谷雨断霜”，此时的风，已带着暖意，山川披黛色，牡丹绽新颜。快换上你的春装，去郊外赏花、踏青。

在这天，别忘了喝上一杯“谷雨茶”，中国朋友告诉我，谷雨时节的茶叶，那可是非同一般。不光色泽翠绿，香气宜人，喝了还能清火、明目。

雨生百谷，快乐不堵，让我们在这谷雨时节，尽情享受大自然的赠与，收获满满的快乐吧！

Hola! I’m Duran from Venezuela. “Grain Rain”，one of China’s 24 solar terms，is just around the corner. And with it, the romantic vibe of spring is slowly coming to an end.

Listen！Cuckoos are singing “Bo-goo! Bo-goo!” from the treetops. In the fields, young rice shoots are being planted, while rain falls like scattered pearls, gently nourishing the earth. There’s an old Chinese saying: “Snow ends at Qingming, and frost ends at Grain Rain.”The wind now carries a gentle warmth, the mountains are turning lush and green, and peonies are coming into vibrant bloom. Go grab your spring outfits and head outdoors—it’s the perfect time for flower viewing and a stroll in nature!

On this day, don’t forget to enjoy a cup of “Grain Rain tea”. My Chinese friends tell me that enjoy a cup of tea during this season is something really special—vibrant green, wonderfully fragrant, and said to help cool the body and brighten the eyes.
